A central water filtration facility is fed by large water storage tanks in the basement and on the roof, providing a 24-hour water supply. There is also an emergency generator to provide power for the lifts, water supply and lighting in the general service areas, which includes all the staircases and lift lobbies. Fire extinguishers are provided as standard, and each kitchen is fitted with heat detectors which are automatically connected to the Civil Defense via Hassantuk. In case of a power failure during a fire, a diesel engine operated fire pump is on hand to give support to the fire hoses and reels that are on each floor, this fire defense is connected to an automatic fire pump with an adequate reserve of water. The building is protected by a 24 hour security and maintenance facility, and a fully monitored closed circuit TV System with recording capabilities.
